* Sometimes you have to talk to / deal with nasty prospects.

Lets compare to being (staying) an under paid, over worked employee,
who has a marriage, mortage and 3 kids to contend with.

* You have NO time freedom because you’re working 50+ hrs a week

* You have NO money freedom because you’re living check to check

* You have to tell your kids ” I can’t afford it”

* You worry at night, about the $703.51 mortage due June 1st.

* You missed your 7 yr olds 1st grade Spring concert at 9 am due to an “important meeting”

* You’re spending $10-$20 a day ($200-$400 a month) just on GAS to get to and from work

* You told your spouse 3 weeks ago that there’d be “No vacation this summer”

* Your kids need summer clothes but there’s only $74.53 in the checking acct

* Your $449.94 car payment is due next week too

OMG…

Can you IMAGINE in the inner MIND HELL this person has to live with?

On a weekly, daily, hourly basis.

This to me has a very serious Suck Factor of 10.

This is when you hike up your skirt, let go of any blame /
excuses and you take total assessment of what you have (tools,
resources, contacts, etc..), locate exactly where you’re at
and you forge a plan to get you out of harms way RIGHT NOW.

If you watch Cody and Dave on Dual Survival, this is exactly what they do.

Step 1) They make an assessment of the situation they’re in, facing, dealing with

Step 2) They make note of whatever tools and resources available to them

Step 3) They pin point exactly (to the best of their ability) where they are at

Step 4) They THINK (wow, what a CONCEPT) and then take ACTION
on a plan to get them out of harms way and back into normal civilization.

What the “BLEEP” is this boy talking about?

Ok,

The TRUTH of the matter is that I was once living a life that SUCKED.

Yes, x 10.

No money, no real future, no skills, college drop out, etc…

I had the winning recipe for success, let me tell ya.

So I did the 4 steps listed above.

This began in early 2004, right after I filed for Chapter 7 bancruptcy.

Was it EASY?

No.

Was I embarrased?

Yes.

Did I think it would be simple for me to turn things around?

Hell NO.

Do I do it?

Hell YEAH!

Now, here’s the $97,500 question of the year…

Which is WORSE?

Staying stuck / broke / depressed / living a non-existence?

OR

Forging a NEW path / filled with opportunities / unlimited potential?

Obvisiously staying stuck and broke is far worse, to most people.

It’s the equalivent of staying lost in the woods, making
excuses for the situation you’re facing, giving up hope way
too easily.

On the other hand…

SUCCESS is one decision away.

To do the little things that have a big impact.

You have the POWER right now to make the right CHOICE for you.

Review the not-so serious “Suck Factor of 1″ list above.

Is anything listed there really that bad?

I gave it a “Suck Factor of 1″ because there are far worse
things you could be doing, that are really hard, disgusting,
gut-wrenching, all of the above.

Back when I was 25, I used to work on a billionaires estate
down in New Albany Ohio, Sometimes we had to dig trenches by
hand, because there was no room to get a trencher in due to the
existing landscaping, sculptures, etc..

Talk about back breaking work in 90+ degree weather!

I can remember

To this day even

Thinking what it would be like to live in / own a mansion like the
one I was right outside of?

Huge, brick mansion, 20K square feet, gated lawns, guest
quarters, pools, horses, etc..

To have the LIFESTYLE of FREEDOM.

To me, the GOAL of FREEDOM was worth the payment at the gate.

Hopefully you’ll feel the same way.

Otherwise, unless you FEEL the reward is worth the price
of admission, then little will change for you.

I had .12 cents in my checking acct. (A true humiliating story)… 3 minute riff.

It was 8 yrs ago.

December 2003.

About two weeks before Christmas Day.

I was at the local Giant Eagle grocery store.

Just buying some stuff.

When it happened.

Declined.

Swiped card again.

Declined.

Did it again.

Declined.

You have NO idea how humiliating it is to be in line
at the grocery store and NOT have the funds in your acct,
to pay for the basics, like milk, bread and eggs.

I had no choice but to leave the food behind.

More so in anger and shame than anything else.

I walked out the store as fast as I could, never
wanting to return again.

I was 30 yrs old.

And I couldn’t even afford less than $20 worth of food.

I raced back to my house to check my available balance,

Thats when REALITY shined its ugly face on me.

I was BROKE.

30 yrs old, on my own, mortgage to pay, food to buy, utilities
to maintain and I was penniless.

Unless you qualify having .12 cents to your name anything else.

Fast fwd to 12.31.03

I signed the papers to file Chapter 7 Bancruptcy at 11 am.

It was official.

I was BROKE.

Happy New Year to me.

Yippy!

The Jenny Craig Formula For Success… So Freakin Simple!

This past weekend, loafing on the couch watching a
re-run of Law and Order (Yeah, I know, How Lame!),
I ran across multiple commericials promoting Jenny
Craig.

Now, I am not interested in the diet industry per say,
but I was attracted to their campaign for several reasons.

A) they used a very attractive young girl, who was there
for testimonial + “eye candy”

B) the theme / flow was simple, crisp, clear to the point

C) they had a specific OFFER that generates an immediate response

D) this is the KICKER… throughout the commercial, there’s an emphasis
on One on One coaching. Having that 2nd person in your corner, talking
you through the roller coaster ride of losing weight, is immeasurable.

I’d imagine that its extremely difficult to go out and try to lose 20 or 30
pounds all by yourself. But if you had that one on one support, that would
help make all the difference in the world.

Now…

How does this idea HELP you in your world of making money?

Its quite simple actually.

You can’t do it ALONE either.

The journey to $10K a month is riddled with potholes,
detours, set backs, frustrations, delays, etc….

You’d have to have some really tough skin to be able
to perceive through the chaos and madness all by yourself.

Most people don’t have this.

This is WHY the one on one support idea is a MAJOR
